At Tory.dev, we strive to deliver high-quality AI-powered sales, growth, and retention services. Because our work involves custom strategy, outreach, and automation tailored to each client, we do not generally offer refunds once services have begun.

1. Service Fees

  • All fees paid to Tory.dev are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Payments are made to secure resources, time, and tools allocated to your project.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If your service package includes a performance guarantee (such as a minimum number of booked calls), Tory.dev will continue working at no additional cost until that deliverable is met.

  • This guarantee replaces the need for refunds and ensures you receive the agreed-upon value.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services with written notice in accordance with their service agreement.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate charges).

  • Services were not initiated within 30 days of payment due to delays on Tory.dev’s side.
