  • Results (e.g., booked calls, sales growth) may depend on factors outside of Tory.dev’s control, such as client responsiveness, market conditions, or prospect engagement.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with industry regulations when using the services.

5. Guarantees & Limitations

  • Tory.dev may offer guarantees (such as a minimum number of booked calls), which will be clearly stated in service agreements.

  • Except where expressly stated, Tory.dev makes no warranties or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue, or profits.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or technical information shared during the course of engagement.

  • This obligation continues even after services are completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Tory.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

  • Total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, in line with the terms outlined in that agreement.

  • Fees for work already performed remain due upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of New York, NY USA.
